Reading and baking

     Since we've been home a lot, like everyone else, we've been getting a lot of reading, baking (and eating) done. And one thing that's always bothered me is the that I've never been able to find a recipe book aimed at encouraging reading. .. Bear with me.. See, sometimes you, and your kid get fed up of reading about Biff and Chip and how Dad fell in the water (Oh no!) and want to do something else. So you encourage your kid to read the recipe book instead, but then the recipe book has so many words, and so many pictures.. that your eyes cross and .. if you're like me, you find yourself picking out the five most important ingredients and mixing them up. And you know what? Often it comes out pretty darn good anyway. So then I got to wondering, what if I could create a recipe book designed to be read by a child practicing reading.
